Little field trip

On the 6th April, some of us went to go and see our Nicola give her inaugural speech as IPA President. Here's a picture of her doing it, in front of the live feed from an illustrator who drew her speech as she made it. It was pretty cool, and we think she did awfully well, but then, we're biased.

Chocolate Waterfall

No, not a euphemism for the effects of a dodgy kebab, but a real live Actual Chocolate Waterfall, currently playing at Whiteleys courtesy of the fabulous Bombas and Parr that Hattie and Fern attended the opening ceremony for, having been invited by our friends at Idea Generation. Look! Here's the back of one and Bombas and Parr explaining the importance of sticking to food hygiene protocol during our visit:

We were awfully excited, as these photographs show:

Truth be told, we think the experience would be a bit more magical if you are a littl'un but the cocktails were fabulous, we have come away with a bottle of customised Chocolate Elixir and we did a little bit of impromptu late night shopping too, so we can't complain.

What do you notice about this pic?

and this one?

and this... ?

When the sun shines upon Karma Towers it makes us remember why we live and work out in the countryside west of London. Meetings conducted, food consumed, jokes shared, floors, tables, bikes, Mexican wrestling masks and people all drenched in sun. A fine day indeed.

A final note. Our dear friend Mitch Buchannon, from a land down under, is set to return back home. With his departure he leaves some heavy hearts but many fond memories... he is of course going back in search of more sunshine.
